About HRI Properties

HRI Properties is a fully integrated owner, operator and developer of premium branded hotels and upscale apartments in top urban U.S. markets. Thanks to its in-house architectural design and construction management capabilities, HRI has established itself as a national leader in the redevelopment of historic structures. The company’s hospitality division currently owns and/or manages a diverse portfolio of over 30 properties across the country.
